By downloading or using IntentLock, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree, you must stop using the app.

You agree to use IntentLock only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

You must not interfere with the app, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse any part of the service.

IntentLock uses Apple's Screen Time APIs to apply the daily limits you set on the apps you choose. It runs entirely on your device — see our Privacy Policy for details.

IntentLock cannot prevent you from removing the app, revoking Screen Time permission, or otherwise bypassing your own limits. The app is a tool to help you stick to limits you set for yourself, not a parental control or enforcement system.

IntentLock offers a free plan and optional paid plans (Monthly and Lifetime), purchased through Apple In-App Purchase.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Monthly plans renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

A Lifetime purchase is a one-time payment that unlocks paid features for as long as you use the app. It is not a subscription and does not renew.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account Settings after purchase. We cannot manage, cancel, or refund Apple purchases on your behalf.

IntentLock is provided to help you manage your own screen time. We do not guarantee any particular change in habits, behaviour, or wellbeing, and the app is not a substitute for professional advice.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue app features at any time.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised terms.

To the extent permitted by law, IntentLock is provided on an as-available basis.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from use of the app.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
