By downloading or using Gaming Radar, you agree to these Terms of Use.

If you do not agree, you must stop using the app.

You agree to use Gaming Radar only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

You must not interfere with the app, attempt unauthorized access, or misuse any part of the service.

Some features, including price alerts, may require a paid subscription through Apple In-App Purchases.

Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.

Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account Settings after purchase.

We cannot manage, cancel, or refund Apple subscriptions on your behalf.

Gaming Radar aggregates news and pricing information from third-party sources, including services such as ITAD.

We do not control third-party content and cannot guarantee that all news, prices, availability, or deal details are complete, current, or error-free.

You are responsible for verifying final details with the original source before making purchase decisions.

We may update, suspend, or discontinue app features at any time.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the app after updates means you accept the revised terms.

To the extent permitted by law, Gaming Radar is provided on an as-available basis.

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses resulting from use of the app or reliance on third-party content.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where such limitation is not permitted by applicable law.

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of the Netherlands.
