Gaming Radar does not require account creation or login.

We do not collect names or email addresses through normal app use.

To run the service, the app creates and stores pseudonymous identifiers: an internal user_id, a device_install_id, and a push token only if you enable notifications.

Identifiers: internal user_id, device_install_id, and RevenueCat App User ID.

Subscription and purchase status: Apple In-App Purchase status and RevenueCat entitlement state.

Product interaction data needed for functionality: selected topics, bookmarks, deal alerts, and source preferences.

Push notification token: processed only if you grant notification permission, and used for alerts and digests.

To provide core app functionality and personalize your feed based on your selected topics, bookmarks, deal alerts, and source preferences.

To deliver push notifications when notifications are enabled on your device.

To verify subscription access and entitlements.

Data is not used for third-party advertising tracking.

All purchases and billing are handled by Apple through In-App Purchases.

The app does not access or store payment card details, billing addresses, or other payment credentials.

RevenueCat is used for subscription infrastructure and entitlement management.

We share limited data with service providers (processors) only as needed to operate the app: Apple (In-App Purchases), RevenueCat (subscription infrastructure), and the push delivery provider used to send notifications.

We do not sell personal data.

We do not share data for ad tracking or advertising profile building.

Gaming Radar aggregates gaming news and pricing information from third-party sources, including services such as ITAD.

Those sources operate under their own terms and privacy practices.

If EU GDPR applies to you, you may have rights including access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection, and data portability where applicable.

You may also withdraw consent where processing is based on consent.

Identifiers and preferences are retained while needed for service functionality, operational needs, security, and legal obligations.

You can request deletion of your app-related data by contacting visingh.gaming@gmail.com.

To help us locate records, include available identifiers in your request (for example: user_id, device_install_id, or RevenueCat App User ID).

Data types processed for functionality: User ID, Device ID, Purchases, and Product Interaction.

This data is linked to your app user or device only to provide app features.

This data is not used for tracking across third-party apps or websites.
